What we collect
Only what you send us through the “How much does it cost?” form: your name, your email address, your phone number and your company name (optional), the type of project and your message.
To block automated submissions, our server also keeps, for one hour, a fingerprint of your IP address (not the address itself).
Why
To respond to your request, offer you an estimate and follow up. We do not use this information for any other purpose, we do not sell it, and we only share it with the essential service providers described below.
Where your information goes
- Your request reaches us by email, in our Google Workspace mailbox. Google's servers may be located outside Quebec.
- A backup copy is kept on our hosting server, then automatically deleted after 90 days.
- The website runs through Cloudflare, which protects it and speeds it up; Cloudflare processes technical connection data (such as your IP address), including outside Quebec.
Only the members of our team who handle your request have access to it.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie, strictly necessary for security, to tell visitors apart from bots. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser and is never sent to us.
How long
We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up, then we destroy it, unless you become a client: it is then kept in accordance with our legal and contractual obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to access your information, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
You can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
